Prof. Winston Davidson CD, JP

Dr Winston Davidson is an outstanding scientist known for his pioneering telemedicine research and his outstanding work in public health. He received his medical training from the University of the West Indies and has a diploma in Tropical Medicine & Hygiene. He is currently a Professor of Public Health and Health Technology and is Head of the University of Technology School of Public Health and Health Technology. Professor Davidson’s Professional Affiliations include Member, Medical Council of Jamaica, Member and former President Medical Association of Jamaica, Founding Member and Former President Association of General Practitioners, Member Caribbean College of Family Physicians, founding member and former President Caribbean Public Health Association. Also, he is a former Vice Chairman of Jamaica Anti Doping Commission, Chairman of the Bureau of Standards Jamaica and Chairman Council for Professions Supplementary to Medicine.

Holder of a Master of Business Administration from the Long Island University of New York and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the City College of New York- Darwin Berry complements the team with his vast knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Civil Engineering; he is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor- Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Licensed Real Estate Dealer. Mr Berry has licenses to practice Real Estate Business in both the United States and Jamaica and is also the owner and Managing Director of Channel Realty Company Limited with offices in Jamaica and New York. Mr Berry also has additional certifications, where he is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CRA)- National Society of Real Estate Appraisers Inc., Certified Real Property Manager (CREM)- Real Estate Management Brokers Institute.

Holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economy & Valuation Surveying from the University of Technology, Jamaica, Mr O’Shane Hall brings to the team depth in the form of training and know-how. Mr Hall has worked with the Factories Corporation of Jamaica where he has principally participated in the meticulous coordination and management of over 1,600,000 square feet of commercial/industrial lease space; Mr Hall is also an avid Businessman and is Managing Partner of the business Cosmos Paper that currently ships and supplies sanitary and household paper to Clientele in Jamaica.

A Real Estate Dealer by profession, Sheldon Braham actively participates in the business of Real Estate daily- he is registered with the Real Estate Board of Jamaica to practice in the areas of Property Management, Auctioneering, Appraisals, Sales, Rentals and Lease; Mr Braham is also registered with the Realtors Association of Jamaica at the Professional Membership level- as a Realtor. Mr Braham is the Qualifying Director of Benchmark Properties and brings to the team a combined hands-on experience- both in Real Estate and Property Management/Maintenance.

Mr Gregory Wildman is a Certified Accountant; he is the former CFO for both Digicel Group and Paramount Trading Limited, while currently wears the hat of Group Finance Manager at ATL. Mr Wildman brings an expansive hands-on experience and knowledge in the field of accounting, which is integral to the successful and frugal handling/management of budget and expenditure, and also accountability in the field of Property Management/Real Estate.

Dr. Oneil Roper, MJIQS

Dr Oneil Roper holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Facilities Management, a Master of Business Administration in General Management, a Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering and Management, A Bachelors Degree in Land Economy and Valuation Surveying, and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying. He is a member of the Jamaica Institute of Quantity Surveying and has been in the field and practice of Facilities Management for over 20 years at the Senior Management Level- Dr Roper brings to the team- academia, strategy, know-how and world-class experience. He is also an avid businessman and owner of a Hardware and also actively offers Consultancy Services as a Quantity Surveyor.

Noel Tavares

Mr Noel Tavares is a retired Banker who has worked with for over 30 years- one of Jamaica’s leading Commercial Bank- Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited. Mr Tavares retired as Senior Manager and had risen through the ranks from Bank Inspector, and Manager of several branches, both rural and corporate. Mr Tavares has also held Directorships on Government Boards, such as the Ministry of Health. He brings to the team sound financial know-how and strategy, and his mandate is to ensure frugal and astute financial management systems, and finger-tip-hands-on Client-to-Business Relationship, and satisfaction at Benchmark Properties.
